Spring into fun!!

Kind of late on these pics but better late than never! These are just some fun things we've done over the past couple months.

Cam's Hair Cut and Birthday :)

 Cam's Before and after hair cut! Dont you love Cam's hair cut and the spring? It is so new and refreshing and just so wonderful in so many different ways! (once again both the hair cut and the season ;)

 We celebrated Cams birthday with his favorite, carrot cake! Yummmmmm....

 We are all about good food. Cam got a grill for his birthday so we grilled some way delicious steaks with a candle on top.

ST. Patty's Day!!

This is one of my favorite meals of the year. I would have to say that corned beef and cabbage wins my heart and stomach over turkey and ham any day!!

Our Trip to Logan

This turned out to be such a nice little trip. We drove down to Logan Utah after we finished our finals on Thursday because we had a gift certificate from our wedding for the anniversary inn and we had such a lovely time. We ate at an Indian restaurant that was connected to a gas station. This made more sense when we arrived and saw that the same Indian owners owned both the restaurant and the gas station. The food was pretty good. The next morning we had the opportunity to go to the Logan UT temple and it was so beautiful. The ironic thing was as we had left cold Rexburg, we drove into huge snow storm that we just couldn't get out of the entire time that we were gone. but we still had so much fun!. :)

 The Logan Utah Temple

I did IT!!!!!

So my fabulous husband got me a sewing machine for my birthday and i have started a project that i finally finished ( 2 months later). But with school and everything I think its ok that it took that long and it was not easy and i just a beginner. I made a duvet cover for our down comforter and I LOVE it!! it is so fun to create or make things and be so happy of the results so here are some pics of the duvet cover, its 2 sided so here are the two sides!

Fall is FUN!!!

What a great day! We had so much fun at the U- Pick Red Barn in Idaho falls!! We got two ginormous pumpkins that we are going to carve this weekend! We really got to pick the pumpkins right off the vine. They also had corn, squash and watermelon that you could also pick so we got to take a delicious fresh watermelon home too! i love fall and all the festive things that you get to do!! Then we went to the costume store and tried on some costumes. We both loved being pirates argh!!!!!

Gettin' crafty for Halloween...!

I love Halloween. I'm not sure I can even articulate why -- it's just one of my very favorite holidays. There's something so wonderful, fun, and magical about it. So Heather and I decided it was time to get some decorations for the apartment. We turned to http://familyfun.go.com with great results. I'll put the pictures below. Our Wedding!!!

Finally we have sat down and looked at some pics to decide which ones we think are good. but the funny thing is is that people always have the picture of themselves on their wedding day of them in front of the temple well we are not like anybody else because the ground was covered in feet of snow and highways closed so our photographer couldn't make the drive. so we will just envy people every time we walk into their houses and see their beautiful temple pictures on their wall. no just kidding we are so grateful for that special day and our memories and feelings will always speak louder than any picture could capture.

Fun with Side Walk Chalk & Bubbles

So when the weather goes from yucky snowy and cold to super nice and beautiful all we want to do is play outside and we both love playing outside and being outdoors. So the other day we went and color a pretty picture on the wall of a near by neighborhood. Then we blew bubbles and snuggled in the sun!! What a perfect day :)
